You have 30 days to return merchandise for in-store credit. Returned merchandise must be in original condition & packaging. Shipping is paid and arranged by sender.

In the rare case that we offer a full return you may be subject to 15% re-stocking and administration fees. Please note that loose diamonds, gemstones & personalized items are final sale.

Biggar Diamonds warrants your jewelry against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for ONE (1) YEAR from your date of purchase (“Warranty Period”).

If any defects are found during the Warranty Period, Biggar Diamonds will provide all necessary repairs free of charge. 

We recommend having your item appraised by an expert gemologist and insured.
